Description WAGNER TUNING 200001169 Performance Intercooler Kit KTM X-Bow

The Wagner Tuning intercooler for KTM X-Bow offers a significant performance upgrade, providing 80% more volume compared to the standard water-cooled intercooler. This direct replacement is designed to improve cooling performance, minimize back pressure, and increase power output for the 2.0 TFSI turbo engine.

The intercooler features an innovative performance mesh with dimensions of 222 mm x 297 mm x 95 mm, resulting in a much larger external mesh volume. Optimized cast aluminum end cases, developed using CAD and CFD simulations, ensure ideal internal airflow and outstanding cooling properties. The improved air mass flow rate of 33% delivers optimal charge air cooling with minimal back pressure, reducing the load on the turbocharger.

Weighing only 8.3 kg, the intercooler is lightweight and features a special heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating for long-lasting protection. The all-aluminum construction is pressure-stable up to 6 bar. Installation is straightforward, with a direct replacement design and an increased connection diameter towards the throttle valve from Ø62 mm to Ø70 mm for improved flow.
