To get your order quickly, if it's necessary, we will send it by taxi-cab or any other way convenient for you.

The cost of delivery shall be paid by the recipient - the customer.

You can return the goods within 14 days if:

  • The item has not been installed on the vehicle
  • The packaging has been saved 
  • The electrical goods have no connection marks
  • Stock item only can be returned

Goods that were delivered specially for your order can not be returned.

In cases of return through the fault of an Employee of our Company, you can return any item.

Find the product you need. On the product page you will always see its status:

  • "In stock", "Only 1 item left", "Low quantity" - the item is available for pickup immediately
  • "Special Order" - the item is out of stock in Dubai, for information on delivery time please contact the Sales Manager
  • "Request Quote" - price and delivery time should be clarified with the Sales Manager
  • "Sold out" - the item is out of stock and is not available at the moment
  • "Discontinued" - the item is discontinued and no longer available, but there could be a replacement

If you found a product on the local market from the official seller cheaper than ours, we will provide a lower price. Send us a link to the product.

Prices will not be reduced in the following cases:

  • The seller is a private person
  • The product is sold on the marketplace
  • The Item is being sold outside the UAE

Retail Customers can get a discount from 5 to 10% on a product, depending on the product category. 

We also have additional options, for example:

When you buy an Akrapovic exhaust system you can get 5% discount or free installation at the Partner's workshop.

We require prepayment only in two cases:

  • The item is out of stock and we order it especially for you
  • You want to reserve the item and receive it later

In these cases 50% of your Order should be prepaid.

If your order was in stock, you can cancel it without any problems, just contact the Sales Manager.

If it's special ordered product and delivery takes some time, you can't cancel the order before delivery time has not been broken and the item was dispatched by the Supplier.

In case you can't receive the product by your fault and have to cancel the Order, the prepayment is not refundable.

Cancellation of the order due to the fault of the company is possible without any problems, with a refund of prepayment.

For all products we provide a warranty according to the terms of the Manufacturer's Warranty.
