The Wagner Tuning intercooler is designed for the Ford Fiesta ST and Puma ST, offering a 150% larger flow area and plug-and-play installation. This high-performance intercooler significantly improves cooling efficiency, reduces back pressure, and supports increased engine power.

The core features impressive dimensions of 620 mm x 390 mm x 56 mm, resulting in an 86% increase in core volume and a 150% larger front surface area compared to the standard intercooler. The competition intercooler core (tube fin) and cast aluminum end boxes, optimized with CFD simulations, ensure optimal airflow and minimal back pressure. An integrated air guide in the inlet provides even core filling.

Installation is straightforward at the original mounting points, with connections optimized for the OEM click connection. The special anti-corrosion coating ensures long-term durability and optimal thermal conductivity. Continuous quality monitoring guarantees performance for both racing and road use.
