The Competition Intercooler Kit EVO3 for Audi TTRS 8S is now available with TUV certification and two different intercooler core options. The kit offers improved cooling performance, an 84% larger inflow area, and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler.

The new "EVO3.X" core option was developed in cooperation with a renowned German Audi tuner and is suitable for higher performance applications of 600PS and above. The size of the intercooler remains unchanged from the original version, but the internal core design has been further optimized for high power applications, guaranteeing optimal airflow and excellent cooling performance. For power applications below 600PS, the standard version is recommended.

The high performance intercooler has a core dimension of 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (16,500cm³), offering an 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume compared to the OEM intercooler. The end tank design has been improved to remove OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. Constructed from high quality Tube and Fin cores with inside turbulators and cast aluminum end tanks optimized by CFD, the kit ensures excellent cooling with minimal pressure drop. The intercooler and original crossmember form a stable unit weighing only 11.7 kg and mount to the original points. 68mm inlets and outlets are provided.
