The Competition high performance intercooler is designed to maximize vehicle performance. It features a 134% larger inflow area and 105% more charge air volume compared to the conventional intercooler. The net dimensions are 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm, providing a total volume of 17,130 cc.

The intercooler uses a high quality Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators for maximum heat transfer and efficient airflow. Despite its size, it weighs only 9.5 kg, minimizing additional load on the vehicle. The cast aluminum end boxes are optimized using CFD flow analysis for excellent cooling properties and minimal backpressure.

All charge air coolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that also offers excellent heat conduction. The kit is ready to install and allows for easy replacement with the stock intercooler, requiring no complex conversion. The product is tested up to 6 bar and is pressure stable. Optionally, the kit is available with complete charge air piping, including three reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charge air tube.
