The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler for Audi Q5 2.0 TFSI delivers 158% more charge air volume and is designed for plug & play installation. This intercooler upgrade optimizes engine cooling, reduces back pressure, and provides a significant increase in performance.

The core dimensions are 610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm, resulting in a total volume of 17.4 liters. The flow area is 178% larger and the charge air volume is 158% greater compared to the standard intercooler, supplying cooler, denser air to the engine. The Competition Tube Fin core with internal turbulators maximizes cooling efficiency, while cast aluminum end boxes with integrated air ducting, optimized using CFD simulations, ensure even air distribution and reduced back pressure.

Weighing only 9.1 kg, the intercooler is lightweight yet robust and pressure tested up to 6 bar. Installation is straightforward using original mounting points, with increased connection diameters of Ø67 mm and reinforced silicone hoses included. The anti-corrosion coating provides excellent thermal conductivity and long-lasting performance.
