The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler EVO1 is designed for Audi RS3 (8V, 8Y) and TTRS (8S) models. This intercooler upgrade increases charge air volume by 57% and is a plug & play solution for enhanced engine cooling and reduced back pressure.

The core dimensions are 660 mm x 180 mm x 110 mm, providing a 14% larger flow area and significantly more cool, dense air to the engine. The Competition Tube Fin core with internal turbulators and cast aluminum end boxes, optimized using CFD simulations, ensure optimal airflow and minimal pressure losses. Weighing only 8.3 kg, the cooler is robust and pressure stable up to 6 bar.

Installation is straightforward with a plug & play design and detailed instructions. The intercooler features a special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity for long-lasting performance.
