The Competition EVO2 intercooler kit for the Ford Mustang 2.3L EcoBoost 2015+ (including facelift models) features a core size of 535mm x 392mm x 95mm (19.9L / 21.06Inch x 15.43Inch x 3.7Inch = 1214.37Inch³), providing a 175% larger cooling surface and 226% more volume compared to the stock intercooler.

The intercooler core size and efficiency have been increased, and the end tank design has been improved to eliminate OEM bottlenecks, resulting in enhanced flow rating and charge cooling properties. The kit uses the Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler core, constructed from high-quality Tube and Fin cores with cast aluminum end tanks optimized by CFD for optimal internal airflow. Additional air guides inside the inlet ensure uniform filling of the intercooler.

An air shroud made of carbon fiber is included to ensure optimum airflow. The connection diameter on both sides has been increased to Ø70mm (2.756Inch). The kit is ready for installation as a direct 1:1 exchange and is suitable for racing applications. All products undergo rigorous quality control.
