The core dimensions are 640 mm x 200 mm x 110 mm, providing a 25% larger flow area and 110% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. The cast aluminum end boxes are optimized for airflow, and the connection diameters at the inlet and outlet are increased to Ø70 mm to minimize back pressure. Installation is straightforward, using the original mounting points, and the kit includes reinforced silicone hoses and a cast aluminum boost pipe for durability.
