The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is designed for Audi A1 and VW Polo models with 1.4 TSI and 2.0 TFSI/TDI engines. This kit offers a significant increase in charge air volume and is a plug & play solution for optimizing performance.

The intercooler features a 70% larger flow area and 112% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. It is engineered for optimal airflow, minimized back pressure, and excellent cooling properties. The cast aluminum end boxes and high-performance mesh ensure durability and efficient heat dissipation.

Installation is straightforward with a direct 1:1 replacement of the factory intercooler. The unit is pressure-stable up to 6 bar and coated for corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. Quality control is maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
