The Wagner Tuning Competition Gen.2 Intercooler is designed for Audi S3 8P and a wide range of VAG models with 2.0 TFSI and TSI engines. This intercooler delivers ultimate cooling performance and offers 50% more charge air volume compared to the original unit.

Featuring mesh dimensions of 610mm x 440mm x 65mm and a volume of 17.45 liters, the Competition Gen.2 intercooler provides a 10% larger flow area. The high-performance mesh, developed with CAD technology and cast aluminum baffles, ensures optimal internal air distribution and minimal back pressure for consistent power output.

CNC-machined hose connections with a diameter of Ø67mm and reinforced silicone hoses are included for smooth airflow. The kit is a direct replacement for the OEM intercooler, with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating for durability and thermal conductivity. The cooler weighs only 9.2 kg and is available with a §19.3 parts certificate for many vehicles.
