The updated Competition Gen.2 Intercooler for Audi 4B RS6+ (US) is designed to deliver maximum cooling and a significant performance boost. The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit for Audi C5 RS6 has been developed to improve intercooling efficiency, ensuring optimal performance even under demanding conditions.

This kit features high-performance intercoolers with mesh dimensions of 255x230x105 mm per cooler, providing a 39% larger flow area and a 98% increase in charge air volume compared to the original. The advanced Competition mesh with tube-fin technology ensures consistently low charge air temperatures for stable performance.

Flow-optimized cast aluminum end boxes, developed using CAD flow analysis, reduce back pressure and contribute to a sustainable increase in engine performance. Each intercooler weighs only 5.5 kg, maintaining a lightweight design while ensuring a precise fit for the RS6 C5 and easy installation at the original mounting points.
