The updated Competition Gen.2 Intercooler Kit is designed for the Audi S4 B5 and A6 C4 2.7 Biturbo. The Wagner Tuning Competition Gen.2 Intercooler Kit offers a significant improvement in intercooling and reduces back pressure, resulting in a noticeable performance increase for the 2.7 Biturbo engine.

This high-performance kit features mesh dimensions of 220x215x90 mm per intercooler, providing a 38% larger flow area and 90% more charge air volume compared to the original intercoolers. The newly developed Competition high-performance mesh with advanced tube-fin technology ensures maximum cooling performance and maintains a consistently low intercooler temperature.

The cast aluminum end boxes are optimized using CAD flow analyses for ideal internal airflow, leading to reduced back pressure and improved engine performance. Installation is straightforward, as the kit mounts directly to the original points for a true plug and play experience. The package also includes carbon air ducts for both sides, optimizing air supply and enhancing the engine bay's appearance.
