Vorsteiner carbon fiber parts are manufactured using an advanced aerospace autoclave system, providing high rigidity, structural strength, and a refined finish for aerodynamic applications.

The components are produced from resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber material, resulting in parts that are 20% - 30% stiffer and stronger than equivalent wet-lay-up products. Vorsteiner uses a combination of unidirectional, 1x1, and 2x2 carbon fiber weave configurations to reduce weight while maintaining optimal strength and rigidity. The vacuum-forming process removes excess resin, reducing unnecessary mass without compromising structural integrity and allowing tighter control over fit and finish.
