The VORSTEINER 458VORSTEINERAEROKIT Aero Body Kit is developed for the Ferrari 458 Italia 2009-2015 as a complete gloss carbon aerodynamic package. The kit combines exterior components engineered to enhance the vehicle’s design language while maintaining precise integration with factory body contours and shut lines.
Vorsteiner aerodynamic components are manufactured using an aerospace-grade autoclave process with resin pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber. This production method improves rigidity, structural integrity, and surface finish while reducing unnecessary resin content and excess weight. Compared with traditional wet-lay carbon fiber construction, the process delivers parts that are 20-30% stiffer and stronger.
The components use a combination of unidirectional, 1x1, and 2x2 weave carbon fiber to balance low weight with strength and rigidity. The vacuum-formed manufacturing process provides tighter control over fit and finish, allowing each part to align closely with the original factory lines of the Ferrari 458 Italia.
