ST 28260162 Lowering sport springs

The ST suspensions Sport Springs are developed for a wide range of vehicle applications and combine a lowered stance with improved driving dynamics. Designed to work with the standard suspension dampers, these lowering springs enhance both the visual appearance and the handling characteristics of the vehicle without compromising functional balance.

Manufactured from chrome-silicon steel using a cold-winding process, the springs are finished with multiple protective layers and a final epoxy coating to achieve OE-level quality and long-term resistance to changing weather conditions. Depending on the vehicle model, the typical lowering range is approximately 20 mm at the front axle and 15 mm at the rear axle, while certain applications allow a more pronounced reduction in ride height.

By lowering the vehicle’s center of gravity, the springs improve steering response, reduce body roll, and deliver more controlled chassis movement during cornering and dynamic load changes. The spring rates are matched to vehicle weight, axle loads, and the specific lowering range so they remain compatible with the factory shock absorbers and provide balanced road behavior.
