For drivers wanting more than just Ride height adjustment, the ST XA Coilover allows individual Damping adjustment to suit a wide range of driving needs. Developed alongside KW Automotive, it features KW damping technology that allows the Suspension to be made stiffer or softer depending on driving conditions.

Damping adjustment is made at the upper end of the chromed Piston rod, allowing the setup to be changed almost instantly. Increasing rebound force provides greater track stability and reduced body roll, while decreasing rebound force provides greater comfort. Lowering is adjusted through a continuous thread on the galvanized Strut by turning the spring plate higher or lower, even when installed.

Note: The Lowering range differs greatly depending on vehicle construction. Older vehicles such as the Honda Civic (EJ9) can be lowered by 40-75 mm, while newer models such as the Audi S3 (8P) can be lowered by 10-40 mm due to being much lower from the factory.

The ST XA Coilover is based on a low-friction twin-tube damping principle with pressure-resistant Shock absorber / Damper housings. Manufactured directly at KW, a monoblock guide and seal package reduces friction while protecting against corrosion and dirt. Each galvanized Strut is sealed multiple times for maximum longevity in all weather conditions.
