The SPEED ENGINEERING 15350 chassis-mounted splitter is designed for the BMW M2 G87. The adjustable splitter board can be set according to the intended use, with a retracted position for the maximum legal overhang length and an extended position for use outside public roads.

The chassis-mounted SPEED splitter transfers professional motorsport aerodynamic technology to the vehicle. Compared with bonded lips, the concept optimises the ratio between low aerodynamic drag and increased downforce. The splitter is manufactured from full carbon fibre with laminated brackets made from milled aluminium, keeping the structure lightweight and rigid.

The custom-made carbon lip follows the shape of the bumper and is bolted to it as well as bonded with double-sided adhesive tape. The carbon lip acts as an air dam. Aluminium brackets matched to the front carrier transfer generated downforce to the front axle, while six mounting points distribute forces across the splitter board.

Installation Note: The carbon lip must not be installed without the supplied splitter board.

Road Use: Motorsport parts are not approved for road use.
