A seat mounting is first and foremost a safety-critical component and has been designed accordingly. Each component has undergone FEM simulation, primarily to ensure safety and consequently optimise weight.

Warning: These parts are motorsport products and are not automatically approved under the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO). Individual approval in accordance with §21 by TÜV is required.

Note: The brackets are not suitable for the Recaro Sportster CS.

• Provides the lowest possible central seating position in front of the steering wheel
• Cut-outs and component shapes are based on calculated and simulated stress distributions under load
• Reduced fastening material and installation effort while maximising the available installation space
• Installation space measured using a 3D laser scanner, with reduced lever arms between fixing points to reduce torque loads

Installation and registration:

Installation can be booked directly under the optional items. Appointments for installation and registration through the workshop can be arranged by email. After purchase, the order confirmation contains a download link for the material certificates.

The flat-rate TÜV registration fee does not need to be booked twice when ordering the set for both the driver’s and passenger’s sides. The registration fee is charged only once.

A matching rail can be purchased as an optional extra under item number 13201. The sets are designed to accept Recaro guide rails.
