The Brake Cooling Kit for BMW 3 Series E46 is designed to guide airflow from the front bumper inlet ducts to the brake disc / brake rotor area. It is intended for BMW E46 AG models where an OEM air duct is already fitted.

The system uses air duct extensions and hose routing to prevent uncontrolled airflow inside the wheel arch. The air duct outlet mounts to the wishbone and directs airflow toward the centre of the brake disc / brake rotor, using the turbine effect of the disc regardless of wheel position.

Road Use: Motorsport parts are not approved for road use.

Installation Note: Models vary slightly in wheel position, chassis geometry, and wheel and tyre combinations. In some cases, the wheel may lightly touch at full steering lock, and the final ¼ of the steering travel should be avoided.

• Guides air from the front bumper inlet ducts to the brake ventilation outlet
• Air duct extensions route airflow around the wheel arch
• The wishbone-mounted air duct outlet maintains airflow direction regardless of wheel position
• Secured using existing locking pins with no permanent vehicle modifications required
