The SPEED ENGINEERING 13580 Brake Cooling Kit is designed for the VOLKSWAGEN Polo V / R WRC Street 6R. The system cools the brakes as efficiently as possible using a wear-free hose mounting system.

The air inlets use airflow beneath the vehicle to direct as much air as possible toward the brakes. They are integrated into the underbody and, despite their optimised flow area, do not form the vehicle’s lowest point.

The cooling system mounts to the wishbone and directs airflow centrally toward the brake disc / brake rotor regardless of wheel position, using the turbine effect for internal cooling. Installation uses existing locking pins and requires no permanent vehicle modifications.

Installation Note: The underbody must be modified to accommodate the air inlets.

Road Use: Motorsport parts are not approved for road use.

Fitment Note: Models vary slightly in wheel position, chassis geometry, and wheel and tyre combinations. In some cases, the wheel may lightly touch at full steering lock, and the final quarter of the steering travel should be avoided.
