The SPEED ENGINEERING 13545 Brake Cooling Kit is designed for BMW 1 Series E82 / E88 models with M Package bumpers, excluding the 1 Series M Coupé. The replacement air duct fits in place of the OEM duct and connects to the anchor plate through a hose connection.

The anchor plate channels airflow toward the centre of the brake disc / brake rotor, using the turbine effect to cool the disc from the inside. Airflow is directed at a defined angle to reduce energy loss and efficiently use the available air volume. The powder-coated aluminium construction provides strength while remaining lightweight and durable.

Road Use: Motorsport parts are not approved for road use.

Installation Note: Wheel position varies slightly between models. Combined with different chassis geometries and wheel and tyre combinations, clearance checks may be required. The final quarter of the steering travel should be avoided if the wheel lightly touches at full steering lock.
