The SPEED ENGINEERING 13493 Centre Console with Adapter is a passenger-side seat console and adapter system for selected Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, and VW Polo models. This safety-critical seat mounting solution was developed using FEM simulation to support safety and weight optimisation.

The seat console is designed to provide the lowest possible central seating position in front of the steering wheel. Component shapes and cut-outs are based on calculated and simulated stress distribution under load, with the installation space measured using a 3D laser scanner.

Registration Requirement: Individual approval in accordance with §21 by TÜV is required.

Road Use: Motorsport products are not automatically approved under the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO).
