The SPEED ENGINEERING 13492 Seat Console with Adapter is designed for the driver side of VOLKSWAGEN Golf VII R, GTI, Clubsport, TCR, Golf VIII R, Golf VIII GTI, and AUDI TTRS 8J / 8S applications. The seat console and adapter are also suitable for selected Golf, Polo, SEAT, and Audi driver-side applications.

The seat mounting is a safety-critical component developed with FEM simulation to support safety and weight optimisation. Component shapes and cut-outs are based on calculated and simulated stress distribution under load. The installation space is measured using a 3D laser scanner to enable smooth installation with reduced fastening material.

Registration Requirement: Individual approval in accordance with §21 by TÜV is required.

Road Use: Motorsport products are not automatically approved under the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO).

Installation Note: Installation can be booked through the optional items. Workshop installation and registration appointments can be arranged by email.

Registration Note: Material certificates are provided through a download link in the order confirmation. The flat-rate TÜV registration fee is charged only once when ordering driver- and passenger-side sets together.
