The SPEED ENGINEERING 13387 Rear Axle Brake Cooling Kit is designed for the rear axle of the BMW M3 E90 and BMW M3 E92. On racing cars, the inner surface of the rear brake disc / rear brake rotor can become extremely hot even with a brake upgrade. The temperature difference between the inner and outer surfaces can lead to uneven brake pad wear.

This plug-and-play solution requires no vehicle modifications or installation of hoses, clamps, or additional accessories. Air is directed through an air duct to the inner side of the rear brake disc / rear brake rotor, while an additional air duct system uses negative pressure to draw in more cool air flowing beneath the vehicle.

The system is designed for use with the anchor plate removed.

Road Use: Motorsport parts are not approved for road use.

Fitment Note: Models may vary slightly in wheel position, chassis geometry, and wheel and tyre combinations. In some cases, the wheel may lightly touch at full steering lock, and the final quarter of steering travel should be avoided.
