The SPEED ENGINEERING 13209 Centre Console with Adapter is designed for the driver side of the BMW 3 Series E36 / E46 / E86 and BMW M3 E46. The seat mounting is a safety-critical component developed with FEM simulation to support safety and weight optimisation.

The console is designed to provide the lowest possible central seating position in front of the steering wheel. Cut-outs and component shapes are based on calculated and simulated stress distribution under load. The installation space is measured using a 3D laser scanner to reduce fastening material, simplify installation, and use the available space efficiently.

Note: Motorsport products are not automatically approved under the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO).

• Reduced lever arms between fixing points help lower Torque loads on the components
• Designed to accept Recaro guide rails
• Can be expanded with step belt fastening for six-point harnesses
• Requires individual approval in accordance with §21 by TÜV
