As a long-time OE supplier to nearly all major vehicle manufacturers, Sachs combines motorsport experience with series-production competence for higher Torque capacity, precise modulation, and durable performance across numerous vehicle models and power setups.

The Sachs Performance clutch module features an organic, torsion-sprung design and provides a simple replacement for the original clutch and flywheel. The original dual-mass flywheel is replaced by a Lightweight Sachs Performance steel single-mass flywheel.

Note: Due to the reduced mass and stiffer connection resulting from the omission of the original dual-mass flywheel, increased transmission noise and vibration cannot be ruled out.

Clutch pressure plate:

The Sachs Performance clutch pressure plate is firmly bolted to the flywheel. When engaged, it transmits engine Torque to the clutch disc through the housing, tangential leaf springs, and pressure plate. Its diaphragm spring provides high transmittable engine Torque through its shape, material, and sporty characteristics.

Clutch disc:

The torsion-sprung Sachs Performance clutch disc uses organic performance Friction material with higher thermal load capacity, greater engine-speed resistance, and a higher coefficient of friction than conventional organic clutch Friction materials.

Stronger torsion dampers support higher maximum engine Torque, dampen engine vibration, and protect the vehicle transmission.
