The RCS 2/184 carbon pack restores the nominal carbon stack thickness (stack height) and the correct kinematics of the diaphragm spring.

On RCC 184, the base plate is available in several build heights. Wear compensation is achieved by selecting the appropriate base plate and pressure ring, keeping Torque capacity, Pedal feel, and clamp load consistent throughout the service interval.

Installation note: Install the carbon pack once the available wear compensation has been fully used.

Kit comes with:

  • Two friction discs
  • Three intermediate plates
