The carbon pack (3 friction discs and intermediate plates) restores the nominal stack height and correct diaphragm spring kinematics.

On the RCC 140, the base plate has a single build height; wear compensation is achieved by selecting the appropriate pressure ring. This keeps Torque capacity, Pedal feel, and clamp load stable over the service interval.
