Description SACHS PERFORMANCE 003019000479 Clutch Intermediate Plate RCS 115
The SACHS RCS 115 intermediate plate 003019000479 from ZF Motorsport sits between the sintered friction discs of the multi-plate clutch and positively transmits Torque into the clutch housing. It distributes friction work and temperature across multiple contact surfaces, supporting stable, repeatable response in racing use.
Manufactured from high-strength steel with precisely finished friction faces, it is specific to the RCS 115 geometry. The modular design allows the intermediate plate to be replaced individually during service without replacing the clutch housing.
Service recommendation: Check runout, thickness, and surface finish. In case of warpage or wear beyond permissible tolerances, replace the intermediate and friction plates together to maintain Torque capacity, Pedal feel, and shift precision of the SACHS RCS 115 racing clutch over time.
