The RECARO Podium CF is a CFRP shell seat developed to meet the combined demands of road use and competitive track driving. Engineered and tested under intensive motorsport conditions, this model integrates lightweight composite construction with a structural design focused on driver stability, safety, and long-term comfort.

This left-side configuration in Size M is equipped with replaceable pads for medium-build drivers and finished in Red Alcantara / Black Leather. The seat is homologated in accordance with FIA 8855-1999 standards and features ABE (German general type approval) when installed together with RECARO baseframe and sidemount systems. The integrated side airbag (SAB) version represents the first retrofit shell seat equipped with an airbag system.
