The RECARO Podium CF is a carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) racing shell seat engineered for both road and track applications. Featuring FIA homologation and German ABE approval, it is the only retrofit shell seat on the market certified for motorsport competition while remaining authorized for public road use. This left-side version is finished in Black Alcantara / Red Leather and equipped with Pad Kit L for drivers of larger build.

The ultra-lightweight CFRP shell integrates visible structural elements, an integrated headrest, and pronounced lateral support in the backrest and seat cushion areas. Specially formed shoulder contours ensure compatibility with head and neck safety systems such as HANS. Replaceable pads in varying thicknesses allow ergonomic customization while maintaining a slim motorsport profile. The open-back shell design supports passive ventilation, enhancing comfort during extended driving sessions.
