The RECARO Podium GF Right Side is a high-performance retrofit shell seat engineered for both road and track applications. Manufactured from glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP), it combines lightweight composite construction with advanced safety standards. The seat holds ABE/TÜV approval for public road use and FIA 8855-1999 homologation for motorsport competition.

Designed to meet the contrasting demands of everyday driving and circuit performance, the Podium GF features a visible structural shell, integrated headrest, pronounced lateral support in the backrest and seat cushion areas, and specially formed shoulder contours for improved driver stability. Passive ventilation through the open-back shell enhances comfort during extended use. The Size L version is equipped with pads for drivers of larger build. The seat supports 3- and 4-point belts for street use and 4-, 5-, and 6-point harness systems for track applications, and is developed for compatibility with HANS systems.
