The RECARO Podium GF Right Side is a high-performance retrofit shell seat engineered for combined road and track applications. Manufactured from glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP), it delivers lightweight composite construction together with advanced safety standards. The seat is approved for public road use with ABE/TÜV certification and homologated to FIA 8855-1999 for motorsport competition.

Developed to meet the contrasting demands of everyday driving and high-performance racing use, the Podium GF features an integrated headrest, pronounced lateral support in the backrest and seat cushion areas, and specially formed shoulder contours for enhanced driver stability. The open-back shell enables passive ventilation, while the Red Alcantara / Black Leather upholstery provides a durable and performance-oriented interior finish. The Size M version is equipped with pads for drivers of medium build. The seat is compatible with HANS systems and supports 3- and 4-point belts for road use, as well as 4-, 5-, and 6-point harness systems for racing applications.
