The RECARO Podium GF Right Side is a high-performance retrofit shell seat engineered for both road and track applications. Manufactured from glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP), it combines lightweight composite construction with advanced safety standards. The seat is approved for public road use with ABE/TÜV certification and homologated to FIA 8855-1999 for motorsport competition.

Developed to meet the contrasting requirements of daily driving and performance track use, the Podium GF features an integrated headrest, pronounced lateral support in the backrest and seat cushion areas, and specially formed shoulder contours for enhanced driver stability. The open-back shell enables passive ventilation, while the Black Alcantara / Red Leather upholstery provides a durable and premium finish suitable for performance-oriented interiors. The Size M version includes pad configuration for drivers of medium build. The seat is compatible with HANS systems and supports 3- and 4-point belts for road use, as well as 4-, 5-, and 6-point harness systems for racing applications.
