The RECARO Podium GF Left Side is a high-performance retrofit shell seat engineered for both road and track use. Constructed from glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP), this model combines lightweight composite construction with advanced safety standards, holding both ABE/TÜV approval for public road use and FIA 8855-1999 homologation for competition.

Designed to meet the contrasting demands of daily driving and motorsport applications, the Podium GF features an integrated headrest, pronounced lateral support in the backrest and seat cushion areas, and specially formed shoulder contours for enhanced driver stability. The open-back shell design provides passive ventilation, while the combination of Black Alcantara and Red Leather upholstery ensures durable surface quality and refined interior integration. The Size M version is equipped with pads for drivers of medium build. The seat is compatible with HANS systems and supports 3- and 4-point belts for road use, as well as 4-, 5-, and 6-point harness systems for racing applications.
