This 1999-2004 Ford F-Series Super Duty radiator is a direct OEM replacement for the original stock unit. No bending, cutting, or modification is required to ensure proper fitment in the vehicle.

The radiator features OEM spec plastic end tanks attached to an aluminum core, providing stock cooling efficiency. Over time, original stock radiators may develop leaks, become clogged, or experience cracked plastic inlets or outlets due to constant clamp pressure. This Ford F-Series Super Duty radiator serves as a suitable replacement to maintain the cooling system's performance.

Note: If replacing the factory radiator from a 5.4L powered vehicle, this radiator will be thicker than the OEM product. This is normal and will not pose a fitment issue.
