The Mishimoto racing thermostat for the 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe V6 provides greater cooling efficiency compared to a standard OEM thermostat. It is designed to handle the high engine temperatures produced by modified and upgraded turbo applications, activating faster to keep the engine system cool even under extreme conditions.

Once the engine is fully warmed up, the Mishimoto racing thermostat opens at 68 degrees, which is a lower temperature than standard OEM thermostats. Activating at a lower temperature allows coolant to flow through the engine sooner, reducing and maintaining cooler engine temperatures. Engines using the Mishimoto racing thermostat will experience greater cooling efficiency, which can help increase overall performance and preserve engine health over time.
