A defective thermostat can cause engine overheating and potential internal damage. Improve the reliability of the 6.0L cooling system with the Mishimoto Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Low-Temperature Thermostat and CNC Housing.

This thermostat is designed as a direct-fit replacement for the factory unit. It features a lower activation temperature of 185°F compared to the factory thermostat's 192°F, allowing coolant to flow through the engine earlier and helping to maintain lower engine temperatures. The CNC machined 6061 aluminum housing provides a proper seal and resists rust over time.
