The Mishimoto direct-fit top-mount intercooler is designed to reduce high intake temperatures on both stock and modified 2008-2021 Subaru WRX STI models. Mishimoto engineers developed and tested this STI TMIC to deliver optimal performance for street and track use. The intercooler features durable cast aluminum end tanks TIG-welded to a dense bar-and-plate core, with a 3.75" thick core and a total volume of 584 in³.

This intercooler supports vehicles from stock up to 400 whp, with testing showing a 10°F temperature drop and gains of +5 whp and +7 wtq on a stock vehicle. Installation is straightforward, requires no modification to the stock A/C line, and can be completed in under 30 minutes. The intercooler is available in Stealth Black or Sleek Silver powder-coated finishes.

Note: This kit is rated for 250-450 whp with maximum limits of approximately 500 whp, or 30 PSI of turbo boost. Exceeding these limits may require a larger front-mount intercooler.
