Heat is a major threat to transmission longevity. For 2014-2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 V8 trucks, maintaining optimal transmission temperature is essential, whether used for towing, fleet work, or daily driving.

The Mishimoto transmission cooler features a stacked-plate design for enhanced durability and effective cooling. It mounts inline with the factory system, increasing fluid capacity by 0.65 quarts and providing over 3,000 square-inches of surface area for improved cooling performance. The kit includes adapter lines for direct connection to the stock system, a relocation bracket for the ambient air temperature sensor, CNC-machined mounting brackets, and high-grade hoses for straightforward installation. A thermal bypass valve delete is also provided, allowing continuous fluid flow to the cooler, which is beneficial in hot climates.

Note: Minor drilling is required to install the adapter lines for this cooler. Please see the included drilling template and installation instructions for a detailed guide.
