Heavy loads are no match for a 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke equipped with the Mishimoto 7.3L Transmission Cooler. The stock 7.3L Powerstroke transmission cooler may not provide sufficient cooling, especially when carrying more weight in the truck bed, causing transmission temperatures to rise.

The Mishimoto 7.3L Transmission Cooler offers a 37-row stacked plate design, providing a larger surface area compared to both stock coolers. Core volume is increased by 265 percent, and fluid capacity is increased by 1.0 qt. This cooler delivers a proven 10+ F drop in transmission fluid temperature. No modifications are necessary for installation.

Note: Vehicles equipped with a high mounted power steering cooler will need to have the power steering cooler relocated to the lower mounting location.

Note: May not be a direct fit for vehicles built before 12/08/1998 due to additional bracing.
