The Mishimoto E30/E36 X-Line Performance Aluminum Radiator is designed as an upgrade for the stock BMW radiator, offering enhanced reliability and improved cooling efficiency. Frequent cooling-related failures in BMWs are often caused by plastic components in the system, leading to potential overheating, engine wear, or head gasket failure. This radiator is suitable for both daily-driven E36 M3s and turbocharged M20 engines, maintaining optimal temperatures on and off the track.

The Mishimoto E36 radiator reduces coolant temperature by 30°F (16.62°C) and is 20% more efficient than the stock radiator. It provides a 91% increase in coolant capacity and improved heat dissipation, making it suitable for both stock and modified applications. Constructed with durable aircraft-quality aluminum end tanks and a brazed aluminum core, it features precision TIG welding for strength and reliability. All factory overflow and temperature sensor ports are included for compatibility with stock sensors and hoses.

The radiator includes a Mishimoto M12 x 1.5 Magnetic Oil Drain Plug with dowty seal to help remove metal fragments from the cooling system. It also incorporates mounting points for the Euro oil cooler and is a direct bolt-on fit for all 6-cylinder E30/E36 models from 1988 to 1991.

Note: Stock E30 fan shroud does not fit with this product.

Note: This product will require conversion brackets for mounting Euro oil cooler.
