Mishimoto offers a direct-fit oil cooler kit designed for the 2010-2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe with 3.8L V6. High oil temperatures can cause rapid oil degradation, leading to increased engine wear and potential failure. Installing the Mishimoto oil cooler kit helps regulate oil temperature efficiently for both street and track use.

This kit features a CNC-machined aluminum oil filter housing that replaces the factory housing and canister filter, allowing for the use of an oil sandwich plate and a conventional spin-on filter. The kit includes preassembled lines and a 19-row oil cooler, which mounts in the front grille for optimal airflow and cooling. It increases oil capacity by 0.75 qt and can reduce oil temperatures by 37°F while maintaining minimal pressure drop. The kit is available with a thermostatic sandwich plate and a choice of stealth black or silver cooler.

Installation Notes: Recommended torque specification for all straight fittings and banjo bolts: 15-25 lb-ft. Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 35 ft-lb.

Caution: It is the installer's responsibility to check all thermostat plugs, NPT plugs, line fittings, and other connections to assure they are fully tightened before operating the vehicle. Mishimoto recommends checking all connections at regular intervals, especially during the first few miles after installation. Note: This product requires the use of an oil filter for the Hyundai Genesis 2.0T.
