Cummins engines are recognized for smooth power delivery and engine longevity. Mishimoto has developed an intercooler for the 2016-2019 Nissan Titan XD, designed for durability and performance. The Mishimoto intercooler features robust cast aluminum end tanks and a dense bar-and-plate core.

This intercooler offers increased core volume to support higher boost pressures and lower EGTs in both stock and modified trucks. It includes larger-than-factory intercooler outlets for improved airflow. Two silicone boots with DuraCore technology and Constant Tension T-bolt Clamps are included for reliable holding power and increased resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil.

The intercooler is available in Sleek Silver or Stealth Black finishes and is backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Installation Notes: 27 in-lbs (3NM) recommended for all T-bolt and constant-tension T-bolt clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-35 in-lbs (2-4NM). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 35 in-lbs (4NM).

Note: The two aluminum spacers included with this kit are for those installing the Mishimoto intercooler with the stock radiator.
