Mishimoto has expanded the Dodge Ram performance parts line to include a performance intercooler for the 1994-2002 Dodge 5.9L Cummins. High intake and exhaust gas temperatures can reduce performance and potentially cause engine damage. Protect the 12v or 24v engine by upgrading to the Mishimoto 5.9L Cummins intercooler.

This Dodge Ram performance intercooler is precision-engineered with durable cast aluminum end tanks and an efficient bar-and-plate core, designed for improved airflow, lower intake temperatures, and improved EGTs. The Mishimoto Cummins intercooler supports substantial boost pressure in stock or highly modified trucks.

The intercooler features a 47% increase in core volume and is 50% thicker compared to the factory cooler. This design results in a proven 25% drop in IATs compared to the factory cooler. Offered in Sleek Silver or Stealth Black, it is designed to work with the Mishimoto 5.9L Cummins Intercooler Pipe and Boot Kit. Includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Note: Requires slight bending of truck body for installation.

Installation Torque Specs: 27 in-lbs (3NM) recommended for all T-bolt and constant-tension T-bolt clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-35 in-lbs (2-4NM). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 35 in-lbs (4NM).
