Mishimoto offers a performance intercooler kit for the 1994-2002 Dodge 5.9L Cummins. High intake and exhaust gas temperatures can reduce performance and may cause engine damage. Upgrading to the Mishimoto 5.9L Cummins intercooler kit helps protect both 12v and 24v engines.

This intercooler features durable cast aluminum end tanks and a bar-and-plate core, engineered for improved airflow, lower intake temperatures, and improved EGTs. The kit supports substantial boost pressure for both stock and highly modified trucks. The core volume is increased by 47% and is 50% thicker than the factory cooler.

The kit includes three mandrel-bent polished aluminum pipes, Mishimoto DuraCore boots, and constant tension T-bolt clamps. DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, increasing boot life by preventing leaks and blowouts. The kit is available in Sleek Silver or Stealth Black and includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
