Mishimoto offers a performance intercooler kit for the 2010-2012 Dodge 6.7L Cummins. This kit is designed to improve airflow, decrease air-charge temperatures, reduce EGTs, and support the truck at any power level.

The kit includes the Mishimoto 6.7L Cummins Intercooler Piping kit, which maximizes airflow by eliminating restrictive bends for smooth, unimpeded flow. The piping is made from mandrel-bent 3.5" aluminum with a polished finish. Silicone boots with DuraCore technology and Constant Tension T-Bolt Clamps are included for consistent holding force and durability.

The Mishimoto DuraCore technology provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil compared to standard silicone, increasing the life of the boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. The kit also features a Mishimoto intercooler with cast aluminum end tanks and a bar-and-plate core, designed to deliver cool, dense air to the engine. The intercooler increases core volume and reduces pressure drop, resulting in improved engine efficiency. The kit is available with a Sleek Silver or Stealth Black core and is backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Note: Disconnecting the AC lines is necessary to remove the stock intercooler. It is recommended that the vehicle is taken to a certified AC repair shop to have the AC refrigerant properly evacuated before removing any stock intercooler components.

Note: Relocation of the power steering cooler may be needed for H.O. (High Output) models.
