Mishimoto engineers have developed a durable line of Dodge Ram performance parts, including an intercooler kit for the 2007.5-2009 Dodge 6.7L Cummins. This kit is designed to improve airflow, decrease air-charge temperatures, reduce EGTs, and support the truck at any power level.

The Mishimoto intercooler piping maximizes airflow by eliminating restrictive bends, resulting in smooth and unimpeded airflow. The piping is constructed from mandrel-bent 3.5" aluminum with a polished finish. The kit also includes Mishimoto silicone boots with DuraCore technology and constant-tension T-bolt clamps for accurate and consistent holding force.

Mishimoto DuraCore technology uses a synthetic material for the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots, providing superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil compared to normal silicone. This increases the life of the boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. The package includes a Mishimoto intercooler with cast aluminum end tanks and a bar-and-plate core, designed to provide cool, dense air to the engine. The intercooler features a core volume significantly greater than factory units, allowing for improved cooling and power, and reduces pressure drop for increased engine efficiency. All components in this kit are engineered for durability.
