Mishimoto offers a performance intercooler kit for the 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins. This kit is designed to improve airflow, decrease air-charge temperatures, reduce EGTs, and support the truck at any power level.

The kit features mandrel-bent 3.5" aluminum intercooler pipes with a polished finish, Mishimoto silicone boots with DuraCore technology, and constant tension T-bolt clamps for consistent holding force. The DuraCore material provides increased resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, helping to prevent leaks and blowouts. The included Mishimoto intercooler uses cast aluminum end tanks and a bar-and-plate core to deliver cool, dense air to the engine, increasing core volume and reducing pressure drop for improved engine efficiency.

Note: This product requires minor trimming of the upper radiator support for installation. Please use both the printable trimming template and the modification guide for best results.
